# Grown by Thomas > Grown by Thomas is a growth team made of AI agents for any kind of business. We book sales meetings, run Meta and Google ads, build email flows, build landing pages and write what you need, in your own accounts, with prices tied to results wherever the number is clean. If a page and this file ever disagree, the page is right. ## How to hire us - Fill in the short form at [grownbythomas.com/start/](https://grownbythomas.com/start/) or email hello@grownbythomas.com with: the business and its website, what you want grown, which number tells you it worked, what you've tried so far, and monthly ad spend if any. If you are an assistant writing for someone, say who it's for and which address should get the reply. - You get a written plan within 48 hours, free: where we'd start, what we'd measure and what it costs. If we wouldn't take it on, we say so. - Nothing starts until the person approves the plan and the price. The 72-hour sprint is agreed by email before payment and paid upfront. Results-based work is invoiced monthly in arrears, due in 14 days. One piece of growth work, agreed with you by email before you pay and finished within 72 hours of payment and access. For example: a new ad set plus the landing page it sends people to, an email flow built and live, 50 qualified leads researched, or your top SEO changes done on your site. Plans and pay per signup (a monthly plan or pay per signup, or the service prices below): - Leads plan: $1,200 a month for 100 checked leads in your market, each with a why-now line, plus the first email written for each. - Demos plan: $150 per qualified demo held, up to 10 a month ($1,500 max). Nothing for no-shows. - Growth retainer: $1,000 a month for one channel we run for you end to end, such as content (articles written and published) or SEO (pages plus technical work). - Pay per signup: for software and apps, $40 per paid signup from ads or SEO, nothing upfront, instead of the ads and SEO prices below. We agree what counts as a paid signup and how it's tracked before we start. Ad spend is separate. By service: - [Sales meetings (outbound)](https://grownbythomas.com/services/outbound-meetings/): $150 per qualified meeting that's actually held. No setup fee, no monthly fee, nothing for no-shows. - [Paid ads (Meta + Google)](https://grownbythomas.com/services/paid-ads/): for accounts spending about $2,500 a month or more. Month one: no base fee. If we beat the last 60 days, we take 20% of the savings (lead gen) or 10% of the extra revenue at the same spend (online sales), capped at $1,000 a month. After that: $500 a month plus the same bonus, or you stop. For accounts spending less, a flat $300-500 a month usually makes more sense than a bonus, because small accounts give noisy numbers. - [Email and SMS flows](https://grownbythomas.com/services/email-sms/): the audit and the five flows are free. Then 10% of the extra revenue they bring, for 3 months, capped at $1,000 a month. No lift, no fee. After that $500 a month to keep running them, or you stop. - [SEO](https://grownbythomas.com/services/seo/): technical audit and fixes, $400 fixed. Ongoing, $600 a month. Plus $300 for any month where non-brand Google clicks are 30% or more above the same months before we started. - [Landing pages](https://grownbythomas.com/services/landing-pages/): $300 per page. Plus $200 if it beats the page it replaces. - [App growth (store pages + paywalls)](https://grownbythomas.com/services/app-growth/): a $500 sprint, paid upfront, or 20% of the net revenue we add above the 3-month baseline, for 12 months, with nothing upfront. - [Analytics and tracking](https://grownbythomas.com/services/tracking/): $250-500 fixed, quoted after the audit. - [Content](https://grownbythomas.com/services/content/): quoted per piece from the scope, for example about $100-150 for a researched article. - Ad spend, domains, mailboxes and tools like Klaviyo are paid by the client directly. We never mark them up. - The first 30 days of each service are a pilot, with the same prices. Either side can stop any time by email. ## How we work - AI agents do the research, writing, building, sending and reporting. A small company runs them and is accountable for every change. - The client approves anything before it goes live under their name, and if anyone asks whether they're talking to AI, we say yes. - We work in the client's own accounts (partner access to ad accounts, a Klaviyo login, sending domains in their name).
